Keep your existing payroll — MSP sits on top

Catch payroll errors
before payday.

MSP reads the payslips your payroll software already produces and re-checks every line: wrong tax band, missed shift premium, doubled overtime. Employers see the issue before payday — and employees get their pay explained in plain language. Keep your existing payroll: no integration, no migration, no replacement.

  • Pre-payday anomaly checks
  • Department overtime costs
  • Revenue / HMRC filing exports
  • Works with your payroll software

Factory payroll is too complex for spreadsheets.

MSP replaces manual overtime tracking, shift premium checks and compliance spreadsheets with one AI-powered platform.

Track time-and-a-half, double-time and Sunday rates automatically from payslip data.

Shift premiums

See night, weekend and unsocial-hours premiums by department and by month.

Department costs

Know which departments are driving labour cost drift before the month closes.

Directive workflows

Answers before you ask.

Do we have to change payroll software to use MSP?+

No. MSP sits on top of whatever you already run — any payroll system, a bureau, or plain PDFs. You upload or forward the payslips your payroll already produces and MSP reads them. There is no integration project and nothing to migrate.

How does MSP catch a payroll error before payday?+

Every payslip is re-checked line by line: gross minus each deduction must equal net, tax and social insurance are re-derived, and each employee's pay is compared against their own recent history. Anything that fails the maths or sits well outside the person's normal pattern — a missed shift premium, a doubled overtime line, a wrong tax band — is flagged for review before the payslips go out.

Does our company actually have to report a gender pay gap?+

In Ireland the threshold is now 50 or more employees. You pick a snapshot date in June and publish the report by the end of November. Other EU member states apply their own thresholds under the Pay Transparency Directive, commonly 100 or 250 employees. MSP builds the quartiles, the mean and median gaps and the bonus and benefit-in-kind breakdowns from your payslip data.

What happens if a gap is above 5%?+

Under the Directive, an unexplained gap of 5% or more in any category of work triggers a joint pay assessment with employee representatives. MSP flags it, records the objective justification you rely on, and keeps the evidence bundle so you can meet the reversed burden of proof.

Can MSP file our Revenue or HMRC returns?+

MSP generates the files — Revenue PSR for Ireland, HMRC RTI FPS for the UK, plus ELSTER, DmfA and DSN formats — from your stored payslip data, with warnings for missing PPSN, NI numbers or employer registration details. You upload them yourself. MSP never submits to a tax authority on your behalf.

What do employees see?+

Their own payslips in plain English: what each line means, where the money went, how overtime was taxed, and a rolling 12-month view. They can also file a pay information request under Article 7 of the Directive, which starts the two-month clock on your side.

How long does setup take?+

A company account takes two steps to create. Add people by bulk upload or invite link, drop in your last few months of payslips, and the dashboards populate as soon as parsing finishes. A workspace can be up and running the same day.

Get ahead of the next factory payroll review and the 2027 deadline.

Designed for shift-based workforces with complex, variable pay: the employer gets intelligence, the employee gets understanding.
