MSP is built to sit beside the payroll software you already run — BrightPay, Sage, OPTiM and others — not to replace it. Bureaus pay one flat monthly fee for the whole book, banded by annual payslip volume, with unlimited clients included.
No integration with your payroll engine and no IT project — MSP checks the payslips you already produce. See bureau pricing on our partners page.
No commitment · NDA on request
You're billed monthly (or annually) for each active employee in your workspace. Add or remove people any time — your bill scales with you. Solo is a flat €19/mo for up to 3 people. Starter has a minimum monthly charge of €49. Annual billing saves ~17% across every tier (two months free).
Compliance and Workforce IQ ship with the full EU Pay Transparency Directive workflow — vacancy pay ranges (Art. 5), published pay and progression criteria (Art. 6), worker pay information requests answered inside the two-month deadline with the annual notice and pay-secrecy confirmation (Art. 7), gap reporting with submission and publication records (Art. 9) and joint pay assessments for unjustified 5%+ gaps (Art. 10) — gender pay-gap dashboard with a 5%-threshold action plan, GDPR Art. 32 tooling (DSAR queue, PII access log, retention policy), a tamper-evident audit log (SHA-256 hash chain), filing receipts for Revenue (IE), HMRC (UK), Finanzamt (DE) and equivalents in NL, BE, FR and PL, plus anomaly detection and a live Compliance Health Score on the Company Dashboard.
Payday IQ is the payroll manager's cockpit on the Company Dashboard. It surfaces anomalies, pension auto-enrolment alerts, missing demographic data and pre-flight checks for every pay run — so payroll teams catch issues before they hit a payslip rather than after.
Year In Pay is a rolling 12-month review inside each employee's Insights tab. It summarises total gross, net, tax and pension contributions, highlights pension tax relief and AVC headroom, flags high-tax months without pension, and shows the employee's best earning month — all from data already in their payslips.
Compliance is the audit-readiness tier: pay-gap report, EU Pay Transparency disclosure, DSAR queue, tamper-evident audit trail, filing receipts and pension auto-enrolment monitoring. Workforce IQ adds the modelling layer on top: payroll forecasting, what-if modelling (salary, headcount, tax and pension scenarios), payroll impact simulation against proposed legislation, leaver-risk and retention analytics, and the versioned payroll-rules engine with approvals.
Every payslip is stored encrypted at rest with EU data residency. Access is gated by row-level security, scoped to the employee and their authorised admins, and protected by passkeys / WebAuthn on supported devices. Every read and download is recorded in the tamper-evident audit log (SHA-256 hash chain), so you have a defensible record of who saw what and when.
Yes. Every employee gets a branded self-serve portal with their full payslip history, P60s and contracts available for download at any time — no email chasing, no re-issuing. Year In Pay surfaces the last 12 months as a single insight, and the underlying documents stay available for the life of the workspace.
Each workspace gets a built-in Company Handbook for policies, procedures and statements of intent. Admins publish versioned sections, employees acknowledge them from their portal, and every acknowledgement is timestamped into the audit log — giving you a defensible record that staff have read and accepted current policy.
Seven countries are fully modelled — Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Poland — with tax labels, currency and statutory bands switching automatically per workspace. Any other country runs in generic mode: MSP still reads the payslip, checks that it balances, tracks history and flags anomalies, but it does not recompute local statutory deductions. Default pricing is in EUR; GBP, PLN and USD are available at checkout with localised rates.
No setup fee on Solo, Starter, Compliance or Workforce IQ. Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding, historical data migration and a custom DPA at no extra cost.
Yes. Every new workspace starts on a 30-day trial with no card required — you only enter payment details if you choose to continue. Enterprise trials are scoped with us directly.
No. MSP reads the payslips your existing payroll engine already produces — BrightPay, Sage, OPTiM or anything else — checks that they balance against statutory rates, and flags anomalies before distribution. It does not calculate your payroll, file with Revenue or HMRC, or touch your engine. There is no integration to build and no IT project.
