Can the foreman use it on site?

Yes. /foreman is a phone-first screen showing today's crew, traffic-light cert status, site sign-in (with optional GPS), the daily diary and a QR code per job for inductions.

Does it work across multiple sites or companies?

Yes. Each company is its own workspace. Owners can spin up a sibling workspace in one click — e.g. Blacktop IE and Blacktop UK side by side.

Will my accountant be happy?

Payment records and subcontractor reports export to CSV ready for BrightPay, Sage and Xero. We act as a processor; you remain the data controller for employee records.
