If you're not satisfied with MySalaryPal, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all MySalaryPal orders).
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
- Choose the order and click "Request a refund".
- Or email us at hello@mysalarypal.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.
After the 30-day window
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are handled at our discretion and are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
