If you're not satisfied with MySalaryPal, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all MySalaryPal orders).

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with.
  2. Choose the order and click "Request a refund".
  3. Or email us at hello@mysalarypal.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle for you.

After the 30-day window

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are handled at our discretion and are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy.
